Like most people have said, the customer service is shocking. I placed an order two weeks ago for 4 products. The money was taken from my account straight away. I then received an email 2 days later saying one product couldn’t be sent to Australia so they’ll “refund” that amount -they didn’t. The remaining 3 products were apparently sent, but the tracking information never updated beyond “departed Cult Beauty.” I flagged this via email and heard nothing, so I had to contact via Instagram. The people responding were so unhelpful and apparently an order number, email address, phone number, physical address and name isn’t enough information to look up my order? They also needed the date, order amount and billing address (which I supplied and still nothing.) I then contacted them via their webpage when I received an email saying they’ve received my refund request - with zero explanation as to how or why. Someone replied saying “the courier returned your order.” That was it. No “We will resend express, so sorry for the inconvenience, what would you like to do…” Never using again, such a frustrating experience and company to deal with. I literally never leave complaints, but avoid using them.
