Ordered 3 Kayali perfumes when they were on sale. Used a gift voucher gifted by my workmates. Did not show on my account but I was given an order number. When I tried to ask where my items are, they said order was cancelled and my account closed. Now I am chasing where my gift voucher was…they are not giving me the proper response. Been more than a week now and still no gift voucher back. Very atrocious beauty online store. Never buy from this scammer!!!!
