What a twisted company. Having spent hundreds of pounds on makeup they cant even be bothered to cover the cost of return postage.
God forbid you end up wanting to return something and make an error...good luck to ya. no direct messaging, one is required to wait DAYS for a response if lucky. They are so backwards with communication, you'd think in this day and age they'd get their backsides in gear?!
