You DO have to PAY CUSTOMS TAXES IN THE EU! They are lying on their website.
I had to pay almost 20EUR for customs and I raised the topic with customer services a week ago…no straight answer (5 different agents and 5 different “answers”
Unless you want to pay almost half of your package worth in taxes (even tough they say cult beauty will cover the costs)…don’t buy here.
