I had placed order on 26th July and after 11days of wait they r saying I can take refund and that to 10Aed less in the refund. I would recommend not to shop with them anymore. Customer service is so bad. They r so rude they keep repeating the script. It started happening since the company is taken over. Earlier they had amazing service and parcel use to rch within the timeline
