Have ordered same day delivery on a rather expensive order. Went on live chat to see where it had gotten to as I received no confirmation email of my order, the live chat didn’t answer any of my questions in over 20 minutes so I wrote an email. Two emails written now and no response from cult beauty at all. I have no idea where my delivery is now. I am going to complain further about this. Worst customer service I have received, very disappointed definitley not what you expect from such a big and well known and used brand.
