My wife bought me an expensive spray for our anniversary for 300 pounds. Bond 09 governor Island.
She received the item late and when she opened the box it was empty.
After raising a complaint and an apparent investigation they can't and won't do anything.
I am left without my 18th Anniversary gift and the wife is out of pocket 300 pounds.
Robbing baskets. Only buy from this company if you want rubbish customer service and if you like to be robbed.
