Terrible customer service
Package arrived open so I refused to take it from courier
Then took days to be rectified by cult beauty and had chase them in number of occasions
No one to actually speak to
Everything is very complicated and hard to navigate if you have a problem
Maybe thats the idea?
I have used cult beauty for years
I will not use this site again
Will go to Liberty or Net a Porter in future
