My order has not been delivered and I keep getting asked to add my phone number to their portal (I’ve done it 3 times). They’ve now asked me to contact the courier myself (I have no idea what courier they use).
Customer service is horrific and automated, almost like you’re speaking to a machine.
It almost feels like they’re stealing my money without any intention of sending my products. I’m still in limbo with no way of getting a refund or my products…
