Appalling customer service - I was a new customer and was trying to use a gift voucher. Basket was £44 with free delivery and voucher value was £50.
As soon as I used the gift voucher code I then had to pay for delivery - what?!
I added a new customer code which gave me free delivery then couldn't use my voucher. The CS team member just said repeatedly "one code only to be used" and was no help when I explained the situation and could not give me an answer on what would happen to the £6 left on my voucher. Shocking and v frustrated
