As per other reviews, one of the items in my order was incorrect, replaced with an item from the same brand but of lesser value. Contacted CB (I note that their Live Chat feature is permanently unavailable) and was told the item I had ordered was now out of stock, so they could refund me. The only way I can get this refund, however, is to return the incorrect item to them, meaning I am now out of pocket because of their error! Online chat is useless so I reached out on social media, and they still haven't got back to me.
