Purchased an item for my husband's birthday, parcel never received, 28 days later and still no updates/ replacement from Cult Beauty. Evri have confirmed they are in the wrong and assured me Cult Beauty would rectify.
Despite chasing on a daily basis Cult Beauty have not responded they just keep saying it is with the investigations team
Sadly will not be shopping again or recommending
