Amazing Customer Service! I bought three beautiful stools in July 2020. Because of Corona Virus my kitchen renovation was delayed a number of times. I had the stooled packed up until a couple of days ago. To my great sadness the stools were too tall. I took my chances and contacted customer service asking if I could exchange. I was already preparing for putting them up on eBay at this point, because Cult Furniture's return policy is 14 days. I called and much to my surprise the lady I spoke to was really kind and said that she would vouch for me to her boss to make an exception. I emailed in, as asked, and the very next day Cult Furniture agreed to arrange a return and exchange the stalls. I am so impressed with their empathy swift replies and just the overall experience.
