I really wish I could have been able write a nice review as the initial customer service was good. Unfortunately the table that I received was bad . The welds were terrible and looked like they had been done by an amateur, and the polished chrome was missing from various areas, especially near the welds. I didn't bother to complain or raise the issue as it would have been too much hassle, and I don't have time for that. I kind of expected it at the price point, so I wasn't surprised. I took a gamble and lost. So I just ordered another one from Pash Classics, much better quality. I should have done that in the first place.

Ordered a kitchen table, which arrived late, damaged and without all necessary parts. Customer service didn't seem to care whatsoever, just gave instructions for have it refunded. Worth noting the delivery service was suppose to be a two man delivery service, in reality it was one man who pushed it ok it's side through our close. Mistakes happen, but the whole experience from buying from Cult, after that had taken your money, was dreadful. I won't but anything from Cult and will actively tell friends and family about this negative experience.

Amazing Customer Service! I bought three beautiful stools in July 2020. Because of Corona Virus my kitchen renovation was delayed a number of times. I had the stooled packed up until a couple of days ago. To my great sadness the stools were too tall. I took my chances and contacted customer service asking if I could exchange. I was already preparing for putting them up on eBay at this point, because Cult Furniture's return policy is 14 days. I called and much to my surprise the lady I spoke to was really kind and said that she would vouch for me to her boss to make an exception. I emailed in, as asked, and the very next day Cult Furniture agreed to arrange a return and exchange the stalls. I am so impressed with their empathy swift replies and just the overall experience. Thank you so much! I will be reccomending you guys to everyone ❤️

While the furniture is stylish and aesthetic, the office chair I purchased is not worth the money I paid for it. if I had my time over I would have spent the money on a better quality chair elsewhere. I had forgiven the months of stock and delivery issues but after less than 6 months of use I am very dissatisfied with it overall. The cushioning is cheap and worn already, the swivel is loose and rocky, I am sitting lopsided, no back support, I could go on. For the price paid, I expected better quality. The best part about the this chair is the fabric on top but that is all it has going for it.

From my first contact with Cult I found them to be not only very professional but extremely helpful .My order arrived as arranged in perfect condition and early in the given time frame. They responded to all my communications which is a rarity these days it gave me confidence over the quality again no disappointment there either thank you

Was worried to begin with as never used this company before, however they were pretty amazing, every question answered ASAP The chairs I ordered were every bit as good as they looked on the website, thank you very much, more than happy!

I ordered 8 chairs recently and one arrived in a slightly different shade. When I contacted customer services they were fantastic to deal with. They promptly and efficiently sorted the issue and send a replacement/ swap within days. I'm delighted with the chairs and the stools I ordered a few months ago too. Stylish modern affordable furniture. I'll be happy to shop with cult again.

Really wish I’d done my research- sent me a barstool in such poor condition, looked like it had been at the bottom of a pile in a damp garage covered in dust for 2 years. The seat was not even inline with actual stool- one screw pinged off while unwrapping the other screws were both hanging out by 1.5cm & rusty. I even tried to screw them back in but did not work. Black scuffs all over it. Actually very dangerous as bought for my 5yr old son to sit on. I Got Offered 20% off &/or they will send out replacements parts? (Whatever that means) after sending photos. or I could swap for something else. Never offered a refund, Oh and If what I swap for something of a lesser amount they will keep what’s owed to Me!!! (Yes The customer) within their company for up to 1 year. How kind of them. So stupidly I’ve chosen another Bar Stool from them & I had to first pay the difference by bank transfer or Paypal of £25 then I called to asked when approximately they can swap the items to then be treated like a criminal on the phone & asked to send a screenshot of my payment before they can swap them. So dissatisfied. Dreading what I will receive.

Shocking customer service.. I’ve been waiting since January (now September) for barstools.. I’ve had 3 deliveries of faulty chair legs.. First lot had holes in them, second and third totally different colour of copper on the foot rest compared to the legs.. Really slow at answering emails and I’ve tried to ring but no one answers.. Totally disappointed as I paid for these stools in December and still haven’t got anything to sit on... How can so many chair legs be fault???!!

I couldn't recommend Cult highly enough. Not only are their products fantastic and great value but their customer service is brilliant. Johanna was so helpful - and patient! I wanted to return some furniture (as it was the wrong size) and buy some new pieces and she made it so easy - and cost effective - for me. Will definitely be buying from Cult again

One of four chairs we ordered turned out to be damaged but we hadn't noticed only until after a few days. Still, CF reacted promptly and after a short while--everything on hold due to the pandemic--we received a new one without any hassle or discussion. That's what true customer care is all about, Kudos! BTW, they sell other beautiful and unique stuff, too! ;)

I don't think I have ever come across a more responsive business. Ask a question about a product which was promptly responded to. Ordered a table which arrived the next day, realised the top was chipped, e-mailed customer service and voila the next day the item was swapped. That is just amazing. So professional too. Really impressive - thank you Cult Furniture.

The delivery of my wishbone chair was prompt and efficient. It arrived within 3 days which was excellent. Beautifully packed and in perfect condition. It more than met our expectations. The style was exactly what we had been looking for and it looks great. Thank you Cult Furniture- we highly recommend you!

I made 2 orders with Cult Furniture. One for a work from home office chair and the second one for some dining table chairs. First, I want to say that the overall service experience was really good. Got emails frequently about the status of my order and at what date, the package will be delivered. And despite the Coronavirus situation, both orders were delivered in less than 2 days and in excellent conditions ! In term of quality, both chairs are looking really nice and stylish. And before ordering on the Cult Furniture website, I looked at many websites and found that Cult Furniture was one of the best value website on the market, especially when you are looking for stylish chairs.  As I am refurbishing part of my house, I am thinking of buying more items from their website. So overall a thrilled customer ! And I wanted to thank once again the team for their great service during this tough period of Coronavirus !

Appalling experience! Quick to take money from my account straight away, heard nothing for weeks, chased and chased, told it was issues with courier, but all ok as stock allocated. Now had an email telling me they have a stock control issue in the warehouse and I can no longer have the product. I won’t be ordering from them ever again and suggest you avoid them too, if you like to do business with someone that supplies the product and is honest in the process!

Avoid at all costs!! Took money from my account straight away but did not process my order. After weeks I had to chase down the manager to get the funds returned to my account, dreadful experience from start to finish!

We ordered two bar stools from cult on 26th December 2019. These bar stools were supposed to be delivered on 9th January 2020 (I took a day off to wait for this delivery), but they simply didn't arrive. I had to chase numerous times and they were finally delivered on 16th January 2020. Both of the stools had the hole drilled wrong. One could be put together but is just one screw missing, the other can't be put together at all. We were also missing the correct amount of screws, I was told on 16th January that a swap would be sorted for the chairs with collection and drop off to be on 20th January 2020. No collection or drop off took place. I chased this on 22nd January by email but received no response. I called on 23rd January and later that day was sent an email stating the collection would be 24th January 2020. 24th January came and went and my new stool didn't arrive. I called up and was told the stool would be delivered and swapped on 27th January. Again, this hasn't happened. I have had to call numerous times to chase things up and each time am told the same thing. It's been over a month since I ordered these stools and I am left with one which is poor quality. Everytime they arrange collection and I wait for this, no one arrives. This is so frustrating becuase I actually like the first stool, aside from the slight issue with it.
