Shocking customer service.. I’ve been waiting since January (now September) for barstools.. I’ve had 3 deliveries of faulty chair legs.. First lot had holes in them, second and third totally different colour of copper on the foot rest compared to the legs.. Really slow at answering emails and I’ve tried to ring but no one answers.. Totally disappointed as I paid for these stools in December and still haven’t got anything to sit on...
How can so many chair legs be fault???!!
