Dreadful communication, broken promises, disappointed repeat customer. Booking for cottage (halfway house, Ambleside) was cancelled despite multiple attempts to contact company to complete payment. Cottages.com reassured me on several occasions that they would sort it out, though every time they never got back in contact. Email went unanswered, phone lines always busy, customer service team lacked any compassion. I was a repeat customer who will do all I can to avoid using this company in the future.
