After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in January I immediately started on a low carb diet and doing more exercise. I refused to take the metformin prescribed by the nurse.
However, I did purchase some Curalin tablets from CuraLife and I have recently started to test my blood sugar levels with my own tester and readings are indicating that I am well within accepted levels. It is now early May and the big test will be when I have a blood test at the clinic in a weeks time which gives a 3 monthly average.
