First few days it seemed to improve my fasting blood glucose to 6.5 but then it reverted to the previous typical 7 and has remained there, even though I was taking 6 tablets through the day. 2 hours after eating blood glucose levels didn't improve. Given the cost, I won't be re-ordering.
