I was on insulin when I tried curaLife. I took one capsule at bedtime. I check my blood sugar next AM and it was 93. While on insulin I usually read 113 to 125 I was amazed. The next day I read at 100. I am taking one capsule per bedtime ever since. I am not sure I should take recommended dose since I am not sure if it would cause low blood sugar. Yesterday day my battery quit on my meter and I am replacing it on Wednesday.
