I just ordered my first bottle after trial. My sister level was 180-201 and with three days I was at 129 to 149. It has varied up &down but so much better. I will continue to try this product, it's the first thing that has made my numbers drop. I don't want to do insulin. I have added riding a stationary bike 3-5 days a week for 30 mins each time. Drinking more water and eating healthier. I have hopes this will make a difference.
