It works. I have morning spikes that are out of control and Curalife is helping. The cost IS high and the shipping takes way too long. I used the trial first to see how it would work. I ran out but was seeing results. I really am excited about seeing results with regular use. I ordered a six month supply. The trial should be a full bottle at a discounted price until the shipping issue is figured out. Right now I would recommend the product but not the trial supply. It is a great product, but cost and shipping are two negative aspects. I do reccomend the product
