After the first day with two capsules after meals, my readings have been below 108. Prior to that my morning readings were usually 150 to 175 depending on late in the day sweet or high carb snacks. My last A1C reading was 6.3, a month ago. Now I will be without Curalin for about 15 days and I will see how my readings go. I had a 99 reading this morning. Great feeling to see numbers again.
