I purchased one bottle. I had no idea it would be shipped from Latvia (no problem, but slow arriving). The bottle contains 30 capsules. The DIRECTIONS ON THE BOTTLE indicate to take 1-2 capsules three times daily! That means I only bought perhaps a 10-day supply. Since they just arrived, I only have 2 days experience, but no changes so far. I am hoping to see something in the next few days.
