It does help lower your blood sugar, but it also gave me pancreatitis. I have kidney disease and my kidneys don't eliminate waste so the accumulation will make me sick. Because it said it was natural, it wanted to try it. So people with renal insufficiency should be careful with this. It is like taking "Actos".
