Honestly Curalin works. Follow the directions and you may find as I did it work so well I don't need to take two with every meal. It can be pricey but I am working it into my budget. They are working on improving how long it takes to arrive. An adult signature is required. Which delays my shipments because I work M-F and my post office isn't open on Saturday. Overall it is a excellent product.
