So far I am pleased ! I started taking 3 pills a day . One each at lunch , dinner and before with a slight lowering of my readings. I just added a 4th pill now at breakfast also and I will see what that does.
If there was any disappointment it was a very slow shipping to me blamed on another company supplying the bottles to be shipped in.
