I stopped the med from my doctor from 6 month ago and only take curalin 2 capsule/day.
I'm on low carb & no sugar diet.
Exercise everyday .
I had A1C test on 8/30/19 and the result is.6,1 .
The doctor said that I don't need med.anymore and my next bs test is in 6 months.
