I am sending you a photo of my original order. I have not gotten a shipping conformation or tracking number. It has now been 9 weeks and three days and still nothing. Very, very, poor customer service. $360 is a lot of money for someone 75 year old. But I payed it because I liked your trial product. But I have many emails to your customer service. They always respond with form letters but have done nothing to fix the problem. When your dealing with diabetes your life cannot be so uncertain.
