I have not been on the program for many days yet so can't comment on its effects. I can comment on their customer care. I did not receive my full order, only 1 bottle. I did not save the pkg. it arrived in but did save the packing slip. I contacted customer care and explained my concern. They are going to forward the bottles I did not receive. So thank you for your customer support.
