Have been working with this for about a month now. Have stopped taking my 100 MG Januvia as it really wasn't doing anything. I am on 1000 mg Metformin 2 times daily. Getting ready to half my dose and go to 1000 MG. My over night fasting numbers have consistently been in the 115 - 118 . So it's time to adjust. I test 3 to 4 times a day. So this is not a blind move.
