My husband's blood sugars were running consistently in the 200 range. He began taking it approximately 5 weeks ago and now they are running about 70 points lower. His activity level hasn't changed that much. He has not had any adverse reactions. Shipping was much quicker than we had expected. We are very pleased and are telling people about how well it's worked. He has yet to go to the dr for an A1c, but I'm sure it will be well below 7.
