I have taken only few weeks but see very good fasting glucose like around 7.previously i had difficulties getting it down with metformin .I am yet to review my A1c .Currently taking i cap xtds with metformin 850 at night.Hoping for the best control . I am amazed to see that before lunch i usually get hypoglycemic feeling when check sugars around 4- 5 m mols/L.Absolutely fantastic if it helps to regenerate the beta cell in the pancreas .
