At the moment a rating of 2 is what I give. It hasn’t done what is advertised or by what others have said it does. Been on it a week, no energy and numbers are still high. I bought 3 bottles so will keep using I pray that they work and if so I will be buying more. But if not unfortunately I won’t and won’t be able to get a refund. Trying to be hopeful.
