I think this product is good for controlling blood sugar, based on my limited use. I didn't stop taking a blood sugar medication too for type 2 diabetes, but it seemed my numbers went down a bit. The problem that I have is the cost. Why can't insurance companies cover these healthier, alternative supplements that work well without the dangerous side effects. That is something I hope will change soon so the people who need it, can afford to continue taking it for lifetime benefits. I would recommend this product and hope I can afford it again soon.
