I have been using CuraLafe for about a year. I take it along with Gliclazide. It has improved my diabetyes no end. I take two capsules twice a day. I have discovered I need to be careful what I eat, for too little 'bad' stuff and I can be hypoglycaemic. There are no side effects; I think it is wonderful.
