When I ordered this in February or March, It had an unconditional money back guarantee down to the last pill, no time limit! So I bought and tried it, even increased my dose and took all the pills in the one bottle I bought and it did not help my blood sugar numbers at all, they were around 180 and A1C stayed the same at 8.2. So I requested my money back, willing to send them the empty bottle but they only take unopened bottles so no refund. Then sent me an email saying they give a refund after 30 days. Well still no good cuz it has been 3 to 4 months now. So I am still not happy with the product or their customer service and their return policy!
