Curalin has NOT lowered my BS; taking 1 capsule after each meal. I walk daily, for 30-45 min, watch portions in meals. Purchased 3 bottles - did I get expired capsules and waisted $202? I’m not on other medication; trying to control diabetes thru healthy eating and exercise during lockdown. Positive feedback from so many users prompted me to try Curalin.
I’m not looking for a miracle just help me get safe and low readings.
I weigh 124, 5’1, Asian American.
