I have T2D for 15 years now. I ordered a bottle and started taking it by substituting 1 Curalife for every dose of other medication and no more than 6 a day. It just plain worked right out of the chute. I haven't looked back. I am off my 2000 Metformin ER and Jardiance. I do however have to be very careful what I eat. It isn't a magic pill allowing you to eat anything you want, but I do cheat once in a while. Join the FB group, it is really helpful.
