It works. It has lowered my blood sugar a consistent 30 to 40 points. I wish it was cheaper but I will continue to buy it. It's definitely helping me. I take it with Metformin in the morning and at night. I've been in range ever since (as long as I don't eat anything to sugary or carby). No side effects either. I'm very happy with it.
