The gentleman arrived on time and was really professional in all communication
My main negative is the cup holders, window doors etc were still very dirty and not touched at all. I definitely expected them to be cleaned so was disappointed when they weren't - I'd like the option to add that as an upgrade or just charge $5 more and clean those areas.
The side mirror also were not cleaned at all :(
