Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation.
I have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference.
As for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well.
The new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival.
