This was my first time trying Curbee, I scheduled a tire change.
The technician arrived on time and was a very friendly, knowledgeable individual. He said it would take about an hour to swap new tires onto my car. Unfortunately it took a lot longer, almost four hours. I really don’t know what was up with that. I’m glad that didn’t have anywhere I needed to be that afternoon.
I’m reasonably happy with the quality of the work and Curbee’s customer service, tho. Hopefully the next time I schedule a tire change with them it will go a little faster.
