Very responsive and clear on prices. The time frame should be explained as arrival time frame, not estimated time (unless I was mistaken, and if so my bad). For example, scheduling help from 12 PM - 1 PM should be explained as when to expect the technician to arrive, the work itself may exceed this window. Just helpful information to know if someone is tight on their schedule, and can plan accordingly. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it, it is an excellent service! :)
