The process was a bit clunky - several adjustments had to be made [license no/VIN number required after initial order placed, but deemed optional at sign up]. time had to be changed after confirmation of time; driver PUSH TIME BACK EVEN FIRST AFTER THE CHANGE. ONCE HE FINALLY ARRIVED, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.
