I loved the convenience of not needing to go out of my way to get my car serviced, I don't think I spent more than 5 minutes of active time, compared to the hour+ it would've taken to drive to a service station and wait around for my car to be finished.
Also I feel terrible because I can't remember my technician's name, but he was great! Super friendly and took the time he needed to get the job done right, even when it started to rain.
