The whole process was very simple! I hit a pothole in Oakland and it busted my tire on my Tesla Model X. I ordered the tires online and they were shipped directly to Curbee. The installer came and had the right tools to jack up my Tesla as to not damage the battery and was also familiar with the Jack mode as well. It was overall a great experience and I think much easier than having to tow my car to the tire shop!
