Carlos was great to work with. He listened to the concerns that I had and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my car. He and I also discussed some concerns that he had about some parts that would probably need to be replaced given the age of my car. But I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, just to let me know.
