This is the second time I have used your service. Both times I have scheduled the appointment and requested a factory filter. Both times I get a call a day before the appointment and am told that they can’t get filter and have to reschedule. This is a simple Honda filter and can be found at any reputable parts store. On top of that your team had Atleast two days to get the part. Overall the techs have been good and I like the convenience of your service. My second issue is that both times the tech has made absolutely no recommendations to my vehicle. My belt is worn and tensioner is squeaky, I am overdue for the 60,000 mile service, my air filter is black as well as my brake fluid. Also typically washer fluid is topped off during a service and was not done. My thoughts would be that your company depends on upsales to generate revenue. I know you can’t sustain off just oil changes. This is definitely a learning opportunity to train the techs on better overall inspections and upsales. The tech was courteous, and on time.
