My appointment window, which was already pretty wide, was changed the day before the appointment. And even beyond that, the technician arrived late. I greeted the technician in a friendly way and he didn’t even say hello. He changed the tire but did not check or inflate another tire that was low (I’m pretty sure he is obligated to do so). No “thank you” at the end, which is fine, I really just want the job done…but I was surprised. And then I got an email that he did this inspection of kinds of things including fluids, fan belts, transmission…on my electric car.
Given all this, I don’t have confidence in the work that was done, is the tire balanced? but I have no way to know.
