Loved the product initially, but have a sneaking suspicion the potency has been lowered from my initial formula, as it doesn't seem do be doing as great of a job. I would also like for pre-shipment notices to be sent before my 3-month supply ships out. I ended up with a backup of product, and a charge I didn't need to incur yet.
